INTELLIBEND II CNC FOLDER

The IntelliBend II combines high-precision mechanics with state-of-the-art control technology and the new future-oriented software POS 3000.

The ability of the machine to produce up and down folds automatically without requiring the sheet to be turned over, offers the user a considerable productivity improvement.

 

MAK V POWER FOLDER

The smallest powered folder model. Available in lengths from 1,000mm to 4,000 and up to a maximum thickness of 3mm.

 

 

 

 

MAK 3 POWER FOLDER

For thicker material folding, the MAK II / 3 models have a proven track record in the field. The machines are available in manual  or CNC model and can have a large selection of options fitted. Lengths from 1000 mm to 4000 mm and up to 5mm thickness.

 

MAK 4 POWER FOLDER

MAK 4 is designed for heavier folding. Available in lengths of up to 5,000mm and up to 8mm maximum thickness. In total 14 models are available, complimented by an extensive list of options.

 

 

MPB CNC POWER FOLDER

Fitted with the 3D graphics, POS 2000 control and servo drive technology, the MPB is a highly productive machine ideal for thinner gauge forming.

Options include a choice of backgauge travel and layout, choice of tooling and  rotating upper beam – for fast tool changes.

 

SPB CNC POWER FOLDER

The SPB (Servo Power Bend) has been designed for customers looking for a fast, high precision machine with choice of options to fit every requirement. Segmented upper and lower tooling options make this a most versatile machine.

 

BIMA POWER FOLDER

Available in lengths of up to 12,000mm the BIMA is ideally suited to applications where extra long fold lengths are required.
